Club Dues Increase

It looks like Club Dues are going up to $114. (from $99 last year).

(One of my units is an EOY, and it has the club dues attached to it. 2011 is the off year, so on the pay fees and taxes screen on the HGVC website, it shows the statement for 2011, with the only amount on it being the 2011 club dues of $114)

My Mf's aren't there, but the Club Dues are out there now as well. $114 is correct. They went up 5% last year, which I thought was a bit of a stretch. But 15% this year? That's a ridiculous increase. I realize it is only $15, however it still needs some justification. Let's hope the MF's don't fall into the same percentage of increase. Welcome to Blackstone.

I just bought this and haven't used it yet. The MF last year were $855.21.

That's about a 8.5% increase in MF (not including the Club Dues).

Mine is a 2BR SeaWorld II... Overall increase about 4%
