@JMoon re possibly swapping deeds (using the substantial equity he has from his 3 MBV deeds, to buy a retail MBV deed from HGVC for nominal cost and get HGVC Max Elite Status, as shared in other post. Again, entirely upto
@JMoon if that makes sense or not, but thought I may suggest, as it would be an excellent value for nominal out of pocket cost. His 'equity' from his purchased deeds is likely North of 250k$ for these 3 MBV deeds & can likely get something similar for likely less than 10k retail...
