Vistana website isn't working for me AGAIN!

I cannot log in. I needed to book something. Marriott is not taking care of Westin and Sheraton owners AT ALL.

Yesterday, I couldn't book anything on the website, had to call, and I could see availability, but Shakira couldn't book anything and said there is no availability. That was not true, never was true, was able to book the date last night, now I cannot even log into Vistana.

This is not good customer service.
 
Ok, so it’s not me alone. vistana website doesn’t recognize my password so I tried to reset twice, still says my password is incorrect, but now I know it’s just the website
 
I’m glad I’m not the only one.

I’d like to see a better error message than “Please verify your login information and try again”

I reset my password like others on this thread.
 
Same issue here. It's totally non-functional.
 
Exactly the message I was getting. So annoying.
 
Same issue for me. at 4:42 pm CDT.
 
Rick just tried his log-in information, and it's not working with his username and password.
 
Does any major Timeshare Company have a fully functioning WEB Site? Apparently not Vistana, Wyndumb, or Worldmark.

Vistana’s website used to be so good before the Marriott integration. Such a shame they couldn’t keep separate distinct websites with just a toggle link between the 2 based on what type of points you had available.
 
I am able to log in and view my reservations now.
 
I pay my MF's online and realized my payments weren't showing as paid, even received an error message during the payment process for a couple of them, so I paid them again. Now I have double payments on two of the Sheraton Broadway Resort 2 bedrooms. Last year, when this happened, Vistana said they wouldn't credit the overpayment to another week. I requested a refund, and it took them weeks, about 30 days, to refund the overpayment.

It's not MY fault that their payment system is messed up.
 
I am able to log in and view my reservations now.
That is actually kind of what they have. I think the issue is that they migrated the Vistana website over to the same infrastructure as the MVC website sits on. I suspect this happened a couple years ago when the outages were far worse than they are today.
 
I also cancelled some reservations I had and made a new one without any issue this afternoon Central Time. Everything worked as expected.
 
I got on but it was super slow. Took a break to make coffee and the another break to walk the dog a walla, I was on!
 
It wouldn’t work for me using DuckDuckGo, but it did work using Chrome. Try switching to a different browser.

It wasn't working at all a few days ago. It was definitely down for the count. I am sure it's back up now, but it's too late for me to get what I needed.

I use Chrome, yes I deleted the browsing history before logging in.
 
Today I get nothing when I try to log in - just a blank page that never loads! :mad:
