Nope. Look at your example. It doesn't say "comprised of twenty states." If the sentence were "comprises all Vegas properties" it would be the right word. The whole comprises the parts, or is composed of the parts.Comprised is the right word in his sentence.

Wow. I guess HGVC/HVC salespeople will use this as yet another "reason" to "encourage" people to buy into Max.
