If ole 'expert' Sal is aiming for comedy he's not far off since this is laughably bad ... both in fact and opinion. RCI 'great' and II and TUG 'bad' ...
 
Unfortunately, some casual observers will think this article has some merit. Hopefully, they look deeper for facts and other opinions that are based on more accurate perceptions of the options.

$289 exchange fee for RCI, $229 for Interval, but II is expensive?

RCI is fine, II is better. TUG is the best. I give the article a giant raspberry.

Also no mention of lawsuits against RCI.
 
Whoever wrote that is either clueless or on the payroll of one of those alleged "best" companies. Westgate has always been a horror story but this writer calls them one of the best???? Why attack TUG??? Is maybe whoever paid for that article afraid people will come to TUG and learn the truth about some of those "best" companies??? RCI better than II? Horsehockey! All of the changes the present owners have made in RCI have ruined that company.

I tried running some questions about this through ChatGPT and it basically puked. As smart as they claim it is, it doesn't even know the 10 best and worst timeshare companies.
 
So why is this even being discussed? The company running this blog is a nobody. It’s not like this has been published in the media. This is not even an article. It’s a blog post on an unknown blog. How did anyone even find this blog post?
 
Other than Tug I don't believe I'm on any blog, I'm not sure why it showed up, it's on an escrow site supposedly. I didn't think it would hurt to get out there, especially since it did have misinfo about Tug. I'm not as sophisticated as you youngsters about what kinds of entities are out there posting but willing to learn. What was it to let you know it wasn't a real person?
 
Many of these troll farms try to build up credibility by posting articles and then hope that others link to them. The more people linking and discussion the more credible they appear in search engines etc.

If you are wondering how misinformation campaigns start and are perpetuated, congratulations- you’re now indirectly part of it in this thread.

I forward friends & families links to sites all the time, to my knowledge this is a first. So, if I wanted undo it and broadly announce as a sham, is there a way?
