The Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort management company is being taken over by Vacatia Management on Jan 1/24.

Does anybody have any experience with them.

Are they a good company to work with and how is their online owners portal.

Any other information you may have to share would be appreciated

I wouldn't be excited about Vacatia. I have heard some terrible things about them from owners at Gold Point, a former Breckenridge Grand resort.

I am not excited, just looking for owners experience with them as their management company.

How easy to make maintenance payments, do they have a online payment system and record keeping
