This thread is dedicated to collecting and consolidating answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) - particularly for forum members new to TUG looking for answers - but even for those of us who are more experienced - sometimes we don't have all of the answers - so please review this thread for answers before posting questions into this forum area. If you don't see an answer to your question - please do post a new forum thread and, when applicable, we'll add additional FAQ items to this thread over time - with the goal of building a comprehensive FAQ over the long run. We'll break out questions into topical areas in this thread as well - so you can more easily look for answers based upon the subject area.

I'm having an issue that I cannot seem to get resolved using the standard Wyndham channels such as Owner Care, Title Services, Vacation Planning, etc. How can I escalate my issue for further review/attention?The CEO of Wyndham maintains an entire staff that monitors his email account specifically for these types of "one off" issues or for issues where the normal channels aren't getting the job done. Please draft an email concisely explaining the nature of your reported issue to:
michael.brown@travelandleisure.com

Website FAQsQuestionAnswer
Does the website published updates/changes anywhere?Yes, there's a Websites Updates webpage available here:

This page isn't holistic and often doesn't post minor updates/bug fixes from what we have observed, but it's better than nothing.

PIC (Personal Interval Choice) Program FAQsQuestionAnswer
What is the Wyndham PIC Program?High level the Wyndham PIC (Personal Interval Choice) program exists to allow owners to obtain some kind of value for their non-Wyndham timeshare ownerships - as part of their overall Wyndham ownership. There are two types of PIC programs available, PIC Express, and PIC Plus. Each PIC program has it's own explicit requirements. For more information on the Wyndham PIC Express and PIC Plus programs, use the following links:

GC (Guest Confirmation) FAQsQuestionAnswer
What are Guest Confirmations (GCs)? Sometimes also called Guest Certificates.GCs allow you to share your ownership with family and friends. Go here for more information on GCs directly from the Wyndham website:

Please review the Important Information section within the link above - it has many bullet points on how GCs actually work that will answer many of your questions.
What are Guest Allowances (GAs) as opposed to Guest Certificates?GAs allow owners to book guest reservations up to two times per calendar year into resorts during blackout periods when the owner is not present. Please note the website doesn't currently track GAs explicitly - so you cannot "see" your GAs as opposed to your GCs online in your Owner Dashboard today. This feature is on the roadmap as a future product enhancement for the owner website.
What are Owner Priority dates or Blackout Dates?Wyndham has blacked out certain dates ranges at certain resorts where GCs cannot be used to send guests on vacations. There is an exception to this rule - please see the Guest Allowance FAQ above regarding the use of up to two GAs per year for the listed blackout date ranges for more information. You can always view the Priority/Blackout dates by resort here:

Are GCs transferrable? Can you make a change to an existing GC?GCs are not transferrable and nonrefundable. According to the Wyndham GC policy, once you use a GC - even if you want to make a change to the name on a GC or any other edit - doing so will consume another GC from a usage standpoint. You can always ask for an exception of course, but that's at Wyndham's discretion. The best practice is to not add any GC to an existing reservation until you know for certain whom to add it for - even if that means waiting until the day before the start date of the reservation.
