My Crimson Tide finally played a complete game last night, beating Charleston 109-96. When they decide to play defense, they are really tough to beat but they take too many nights off on that side of the ball. Actually, most nights, giving up 96 will get you beat, but some of those came in garbage time after the starters were pulled. Grand Canyon is up next. I hope we keep rolling!

Frankly, I'm more interested in the women this year. I'd like to see if any team has an answer to Caitlin Clark. I'm hoping one team in particular does. But it's like watching Pete Maravich in his prime -- only better.

Best he’s played all year. That’s how he played at North Dakota State and why Nate Oates signed him. I was amazed they played so well with Wrightsell unable to play. We don’t have a lot of depth right now. I hope they can sustain it. I love the tournament!

Another great evening of BB and 2 more days of fun! Will IU ever come back? My son who is also an IU alum loved it when Kelvin Sampson was there. All the kids loved him! I saw him as a cheater and was appalled at the hire. So, it didn't break my heart when Houston was knocked out last night. I asked my son about seeing Houston in the tournament again and again. Does he feel like, that could have been us? Not sure.
