Playa Andaluza is only configured with 2 bedroom and studio units (at least that's what they told me when I checked in this December).

The Wyndham nearby usually has a ton of inventory (there are like 6 different property names on II) , but it looks like there is nothing in II your week, just the week before and after.

But more realistically if you need a 1-BR, this is $140-ish per night:
