The timeshare is for a "studio" unit, and the annual MF are approximately $700.

For those who don't know Santa Barbara, the studios are large and have full kitchens. I'm an owner with a June one bedroom that is 1200 sq/ft. Good luck to seller----- a buyer will not have regrets.
