I was working with ink the other day, and got several big black ink spots on my hands. Ewww! What to do? Then I remembered...
When I used to work, I often got a gunky combination of grease and dirt on my hands. I figured the same sort of magic would work on ink, and it does.
I take liquid soap (either hand or dish soap will work) and squirt a bit on my hands. I work it into the gunky or inky spots, then wipe with paper towels. Up to this point I have not used any water (very important). The gunk should be gone. I then add water to wash away the soap residue.
It worked on the ink like a charm!
