Today, at my check up, my Dr. was not too concerned about blood type (edited--but VERY CONCERNED ABOUT COVID). I'm A+ and mentioned it. He was very aware of the study and discusses Covid with his friends on the Covid team at a major metro hospital regularly. He said everyone should WEAR A MASK and cannot believe the number of people who don't.

Today, at my check up, my Dr. was not too concerned about blood type. I'm A+ and mentioned it. He was very aware of the study and discusses Covid with his friends on the Covid team at a major metro hospital regularly. My doctor is also not so worried, but then... I just did an annual checkup with him by phone, so what does that say?

Ok...don't misunderstand my post nor take it out of context. My doctor is concerned about C19, naturally, but not to the extent that he kept his office closed for those who need it. He also suggested that I would be okay in certain situations but I'm being much more careful than even he suggests. I don't know *any* doctor (except some anonymous online docs like those crazies from Bakersfield earlier this year who didn't think C19 was much of anything) who doesn't want everyone to wear a mask when appropriate.

This is why I think the 0+ blood theory seems like a far reach. My 0+ blood type didn't keep me from getting Covid, that's for sure.

Type O+ won't keep you from getting the disease, but MAY guard you from the most severe infections.

Be safe wear a mask. Dispose it when soiled. Avoid others- even if you 'trust' them.

You're alive. Purely anecdotal (and maybe even meaningless), but you support the hypothesis.
