I own all of my timeshares on the east coast and there are reviews on all of them on TUG.
Chetola in Blowing Rock NC - great town, with stores and restaurants, galleries , close to walking and hiking, resort itself has lots of amenities
Blue Ridge Village in Banner Elk, NC- on the other side of the mountain from Chetola, very relaxing, more laid back then Chetola, close to everything too. Not as many amenities as Chetola but more then enough. They are renovating now, so will end of being nicer then Chetola.
all of the HGVC in Myrtle Beach, for families this area can’t be beat, from shows, to beaches, do nothing or do everything. I prefer Jade Tree Cove in Myrtle Beach just a bit more even though not as fancy because it is right on the water, very cozy feeling with hearing the waves crashing when you leave your patio door open
and everyone knows I love Marco Island, my two favorites,
Sunrise Bay, older but on the Bay, the deck going into the water and dolphins coming by is a treat in itsself
HGVC Surf Club, renovated more modern, love that but be aware some rooms do not have water view,.
