Recently, when I log in to my e-mail, I get a pop-up that states my chat has been disconnected because I am already logged in on another computer or device. I am not logged in on any other computer or device. I don't use chat but this concerns me that my account has been compromised. I changed my password but I still get the pop-up message. It doesn't happen each time I log on, just sometimes.

I sent yahoo a message and only received an automated response to change my password. Seems no live person read the message or they'd know I had already changed my password with no change in the problem.

Do any of you have any ideas what is happening and what I need to do to correct it? Do I need to close my yahoo account? I've had it for years and years and it would be a pain to have to change it but better than having to deal with identity theft if that is a real possibility.

Thanks.

Thanks. I will try them if they don't respond by tomorrow with a legitimate reply. I just hate form letters and the like. They are so rude.
