XYZ promotion

Was on the phone with II on Saturday. We have a number of future exchanges in our account which qualify for the XYZ promotion. I was told the current promotion was good through May 2012 only, and we would have to complete any XYZ stay before then or NLT the end of the related exchange.

At this point, we cannot take advantage of an XYZ week before the end of May. But we have couple of qualifying exchanges that are later in the year, and we were wondering if II might extend the promotion to Nov. or Dec. Does II tend to do that...extend/renew the XYZ promotion?

We have always been told (and experienced) that we just have to book the XYZ before the qualifying week occurs. In the past, they have always extended the XYZ period, but things could change.

They will likely extend it, however it is usually only four to five months out at any given time. So if you are looking for November, start checking around June. Also check out the thread in the sightings forum as there are frequent updates as to when the XYZ window is open through.
