I am looking for a nice place to rent a cabin for 4 nights in southern Wyo. I want to rent a cabin and do some fishing and hiking not fat from Colorado. Any ideas?

Our son lives in Wyoming. He recently told us that only state residents are allowed in state parks. I don't know if that will continue or will affect your plans, but it may be something to check in to.

Check VRBO or airBnB. But be aware that Southern Wyoming near Colorado is the basically high (8,000 ft) plains, and while conducive to hiking, the fishing part will be spotty at best. Far better on the Western part, closer to Yellowstone, Grand Teton area.

I might be biased, but the Tetons are prettier from the Idaho side. But don't tell anybody. We're keeping it a secret.

Every time that I read about the "Grand Tetons" it makes me chuckle. It is French slang. Look it up. ;)
