So when did Wyndham Vacation Resorts at Reunion become Club Wyndham Reunion? I noticed it the other day (now someone will say it's been that way for months.

I see they did the same at Panama City and Great Smokies (checking a few others that used to be Wyndham Vacation Resorts). Why the renaming?

I like it because it sorts better alphabetically.

Edit: Now that I've worked my way down the thread, I see others noted the same thing. Pardon me for piling on!

Don’t apologize. On those rare occasions that we are right, we need all the help we can get!

Anything is possible but at what cost. You also can also use Wyndham points for airfare, cruises and paying maintenance fees.
I simply stated a fact & for the record I’d rather use points left at year end using the Points Deposit or pay MFs instead of putting them in RCI.

So for me personally it’s worth a big part of my cost of being VIPP-PR to be able to use the Points Deposit or pay MFs until year end.
A big benefit without an attached $$ amount

If you’re a Presidential Reserve owner purchased from Wyndham you can book a DVC Vacation through the Registry Collection
So it is true that a Wyndham PR owner can book a Disney vacation without going through RCI
Registry is part of RCI. The CS folks in RCI compete for the CS spots with "Registry" They have told me the customers are more knowledgeable and 'nicer' A technicality maybe that it is not through RCI.

No, Cendant Corp was the big daddy which like PacMan gobbled up many other entities. They had a big accounting scandal. Long story short, Wyndham Worldwide was one of the spin-offs.

Another spin-off from Cendant Corp was Sunterra.
