Exceptionally poor behavior on the site. Especially after it came back up this morning.

Yup, it was down (as it often is on Saturday nights).

Some nice availability at Bonnet Creek when it came back up. However, maybe not really available. Experience in the past, these rooms will disappear, they may have been available and gotten booked. They are now ghost reservations, as in - not really available. My guess is they will be gone at some point today.

Bonnet Creek is not the only resort. At Bonnet Creek, try to book the end of December of Feb 15-22. It will show available, but when you try to book you'll get a message that the unit is no longer available (most likely). If a unit is available you will go through the booking process, if it's a ghost you'll get the message when you select to book it.

You may also get knocked out of the system and when you log back in you'll have a transaction in process (if you were in the booking process). Sit on your hands, you now need to wait 15 minutes before booking anything - your account is locked from transacting. (You can search but not book til the 15 min expires).

It's not just this morning, I've been seeing more ghosts than usual this past week. Exceptionally bad this morning. Maybe because good stuff was made available, got booked, and in limbo (purgatory?) now?

The lack of inventory in priority windows is quite special as well.

The account is not locked explicitly! The system thinks you're already in the middle of the 15 minute period for which your selection is on hold for you to complete the Tx. You can simulate this by opening multiple browser windows. Except, in this case, the browser dialog which was in the middle of the transaction is lost in limbo!

Yesterday, I received a welcome letter for a resort stay that I had already canceled. It freak me out because it now inside the 15 days window and for a moment I thought I didn't make the cancellation. I check my current reservation to make sure that it is not there and the point history to shown that it had been canceled an points returns.
Yep, it's a ghost reservation.

This can all be explained or considered as street magic. All is good until you start to levitate.

This is beyond frustrating. And I’m having issues not being able to use the Points Deposit Feature. And I can’t get the assigned representative to call or email me back.

What other company can treat fiscal matters so poorly and not get shut down by the government?
