I would like to go to Steamboat Springs in February 2017 but have never booked there. I would like to know if somebody has experience trying to get in there at the standard reservation window. I am looking for a 2BR and would like to know if it is possible to get one at the 10-month mark. Thank you in advance for any help or advice!

I don't think you'll have any issue booking at the 10 month mark or even a little later. If you are wanting the President's Day weekend, you'll want to be sure to book right when the reservation system opens at the 10 month mark.

I've booked the first weekend in March a couple years in a row within the Standard Reservation period (~6 months or so in advance).

I book there twice a year (jan and March) with no issues at the 9-10 month mark - both 1 and 2 bedrooms.

I book 2 and 3 bedroom units (sometimes Presidential) and take advantage of VIP upgrades. I think there are more 2BR units than any other size.
