Just exchanged into this resort. First time here. Is this Resort located in North Myrtle Beach? No reviews since 2009, can anyone update me with any new or additional information? Thanks in advance.

I haven't stayed there in a couple of years. It's a nice resort. There are several pools and a lazy river. The resort is right on the beach and convenient to many golf courses. There is a decent restaurant on site, but grocery stores are neaby too. I thought I heard that they were refurbishing the tower rooms.

Look-up my threads and you will find a couple about SeaWatch. Sounds like a very nice resort. Hope you got a summer week!

It's between Myrtle and North Myrtle. It's close to where SC 22 meets US 17.

Turtle races in the South Tower Lazy River, twice a day!

SeaWatch is technically in Myrtle Beach (has a Myrtle Beach address) but it is near the North Myrtle Beach border. I was there this past June for a family reunion. I am an owner there and I reserved 3 units including the 3 bed presidential unit for myself. All my units had been upgraded (granite, etc.) but not sure if all the units have been upgraded yet. Of my 3 units one was in the South Tower, one was in the North Tower, and one was in the Villas.

The common areas are nice and it has a nice beachfront. Nothing is within walking distance but everything is close via car.

It takes about 15 or 20 minutes to get to the boardwalk in downtown Myrtle Beach and Broadway at the Beach. Wyndham Ocean Blvd is about 10 minutes to the north. Outlet Malls, grocery stores, movie theaters, restaurants, etc are all 5 to 10 minutes way.

Thanks everyone for the information on SeaWatch in M.B.

HENRY T. - Can you tell me which tower is best North or South? What are the Villas, didn't see that on the exchange information from RCI?

no real difference with location for the two towers, both right on the beach. The Villas are behind the pools and fountains, so a bit more of a walk to the beach (not much more, though) and not as good a view. they are cheaper, point-wise.
