Royal Vista, along with all the rest of Wyndham's Florida resorts, is currently closed until May 15 and may stay closed beyond the period of this reservation. I won't provide a guest confirmation until a day or two before check-in and I don't expect payment (PayPal only) until I've provided a guest confirmation. I'm pretty reasonable -- we'll work it out.

I'll pencil in the first person who commits to the rental.
