Hi all -

We are staying at Wyndham Royal Sea Cliff this March, and I had a couple of questions I hope TUGgers can answer.

1) I read about a $150 mandatory "cleaning fee." We are Wyndham Owners and used our Wyndham points to book this reservation. They charge us "housekeeping points" for the reservation, which I assume is to cover "cleaning." Will we still be charged the $150 fee?

2) We will be arriving early and won't have a rental car for the first couple of days we are there. Is there a bell services where we can leave our bags if our room isn't ready when we arrive?

3) What is the going rate for "transient tax" for Hawaii? I know we have to pay it, but I am curious as to how much that usually costs so I can budget for it.

Thanks everyone.

Take care

Izzy
