Was anyone having this problem tonight?

I checked for availability, there was something there, I click to select, but it just kept going back to the selection screen rather than the reservation confirmation screen.

This happened at multiple locations.

Signing off and back onto the website solves the issue for awhile. So, yes ... been happening to me ... might NOT be a true "bug" as you have to be hunting and searching multiple times before it "happens".

I was having issues last night, too.

I couldn't do anything around 10 eastern time (not even cancel an existing reservation). I was able to do what I needed at 11:30 ET (didn't try in between).

I tried on my cell phone, too, so I think it was more than too many searches, although appreciate the tip, Linda.

No issues today. :)

Yes, odd things were definitely happening - canceled 3 reservations just after 11:30 - never did reappear - but showed up this morning. Points generated by the cancellations were supposed to go back into the credit pool - but nearly 100,000 of them went into 2018 REGULAR points - should never have happened since 2018 regular points are not yet available for use. Called Owner Care and got them back into the credit pool. The computer seems to throw points where ever it wants - several of my recent cancellations have gone to 2015 regular points even though I credit pooled all of those points also.

You have to watch. Several times instead of going back to a random location they just haven't come back at all.

And I have also gotten "regular" 2018 points also. regular 2015, 2016 too from points that were credit-pooled with an expiration of 2018. So it isn't quite working the way intended.

Also the problem was occurring on different computers, different browsers, and different accounts. So something was happening that was making it impossible to book things that were available. I lost some stuff as a result.
