Wyndham resale with low MF?

Anyone have low MF Wyndham on resale? Already own HGVC but will consider low MF to go to more local places in Northern California. Prefer MF less than 600. Thx

As with WorldMark, something less than $600 annually is not going to be much at all in terms of # of points. There is a minimum program fee that is something around $160 or so, so at most $440 can possibly go to paying for MFs. Even if you had a *great* MF/K deed, that's going to be at most about 100K. Those are small enough that it's not worth bothering about, and you'd probably be better off renting on the open market.

Bonus time is also a great way to travel if you are flexible with travel plans and can travel 2 weeks out. . It is a cash option at .075 per credit or a minimum of $80 per day. My cost on 5000 credits about $560 yearly maintenance fees. Example below on a 4 night stay Thur-mon

Yes. I believe the going rate is something like $12/K, so it's pricey but possible.

Keep in mind also, there are not a lot of Wyndham locations in Nor Cal... there's a few, but most are Worldmark exclusive. Which you can't get into with resale points...

There's Angels Camp, a couple in San Francisco and a "new" one (part of the Shell Inventory that recently got added) in Napa that you can book directly with Wyndham points. That might influence your decision.
