Long story short -
Selling my business to another business - historically my business has cash flowed the maintenance fees for all of my contracts (2.3M points)

While I transition from current business venture to new business venture, cash flowing my maintenance fees is not in the current budget - guess it will be if I am forced to, but prefer not to

Any suggestions on renting out the entire 2.3M to someone for the year? Not necessarily trying to profit, just wanting to cover the MF while I transition

Thoughts?

I know you don't mean it to be, but it is close to being an advert. I realize you're asking for advice regarding your options, but others may take it as a solicitation.

The first thing that will provide guidance about what you can do is - what type of account? If it's pure resale, it may be a challenge to get your MF's covered. However, if you are at least VIP Gold, and preferably platinum, you should be able to at least get your MF's covered (unless you own at very high MF resorts - typically you will get between $5.50 and $6/K point wholesale).

If it's a gold or platinum account, you could reach out to WinPoint VIP. The points they offer here, on redweek and on ebay come from somewhere - and that somewhere is people with platinum accounts that can't use all their points and don't want to spend the time and energy necessary to rent them out themselves.

Appreciate the tip -- certainly wasn't meant as an ad :) But I can appreciate why it could be perceived by some that way (to any who thought that, not intended at all, forgive the transgression please :))

I'll hit up those suggestions as I believe mine would "qualify"

Thanks again
