Does anyone know if you can use your Wyndham Points to pay your monthly maintenance fees?

Thanks for the help.

Michael.

I think only if you rent your points out and collect cash to use to pay the MF's. Most pay their MF's monthly via direct withdrawal (ACH) from checking accounts or billing to a credit card.

Points per se, have no cash value so I don't know how you would "pay" your MF's with them.

Von's answer is the best way, however there is a provision where MF's can be paid using points.

They convert at a $2.10 rate per thousand with conditions. See page 280 of the members directory if you have access to it. It is available.

Since many combined MF's are over $5/K now it is a very poor use of points and other things are generally preferable.
