I know that this question has been answered but I cannot find it or am not using the correct search criteria. Sorry for the redundancy.

I own Wyndham. If I deposit points to RCI do they go in as 1 for 1? If I deposit 50,000 its are they 50,000 RCI points.

Thanks in advance!

It's one-for-one, but they won't really be RCI Points. They will trade in the weeks system, under the Wyndham grid:

If I understand your question the answer is Yes, but

Wyndham points and rci points are completely different

When you search rci through the Wyndham portal, you will see the rci weeks inventory, and what the reservation will cost in Wyndham points...(not rci points)

Ron,
I assume the above applies to Cancelled Reservation Points also. I have two questions:

How long do you have to use these CRPs after they are transfered to RCI?

Is there any way they can be combined with RCI points already banked from non Wyndham deposits?

As an aside: almost always Wyndham points are best used within the Wyndham system...There are exceptions like when you want to trade up to a place where Wyndham doesnt have a resort, like The Manhatten Club or if you find yourself in a lose it or lose it situation with your Wyndham points....usually you can avoid this however with a little advance planning

Once you deposit them to RCI, the fact that they were cancelled points is completely irrelevant. All Wyndham points deposited to RCI are good for 2 years.

They cannot be combined with other "RCI points" points (from other resorts/systems) but they can co-mingle with any other Wyndham points deposits you have made since January 11, 2011 or make in the future, so long as their RCI 2 year expiration date has not passed.
