I have a Wyndham Points timeshare at Sea Gardens Beach and Tennis Resort 126,000 points annually with RCI membership included with this ownership. These units have been remodeled and are OCEANVIEW.

I have not been able to get to the resort myself, I'm hearing it's a good resort from other owners. Am asking buyer pay closing and resort transfer fee and pay May maintenance since it will go straight into closing with Timeshare Title. If interested, please PM me or email me through here. So this would be good for those that want to add to their Wyndham points.

Serious minded people please. I am not going to go back and forth or barter anymore than I am offering.

Monthly maintenance is $52. RCI membership comes with this so essentially if you bank the points you can get 4 weeks to use anywhere for 2 years.

The closing cost will vary based on the closing company you chose. I'd ask around here for a (fast) reputable company. Many people around here know of them.

I don't know what the transfer fee is. I think that's based on the resort you buy into.

Timeshare title is what is being used for my offer and they are reputable. Look them up by google search.

yes mortgage and title free and clear

Mortgage paid in full, title is free and clear. If you bank the points with RCI you get 4 weeks vacation anywhere. Cost total for points with closing/transfer and may MF is $425 (I will chip in)

correction

$52.70 monthly MF

you'll be getting 2009 AND 2010 points MF to be reimbursed ... ...closing company has been changed so above cost is not guaranteed...


I make no gaurantees on anything other than free and clear title and MF fees, I have not been to resort personally.
