Has anyone ever, or does anyone know if it's possible, to substitute a Wyndham approved ts after it's already PIC'ed? For example, I have two 4 bedrooms PIC'ed, and I buy a much lower mf 3 bedroom, can I change out the new 3 for one of the 4's, assuming it's on the Wyndham list?
Thanks!

I don't think so. I think the only way to do that would be to make another retail purchase with the new PIC week attached and remove the old one. The reason for PIC is to overcome the objection that I can't buy because I already own a non wyndham timeshare. It isn't really to help people get to higher VIP status with the lowest MF's possible. Like anything else trying to lower your fees on your PIC week would be seen as a reason for you to buy more Wyndham points. (hint: no matter what the problem is, buying more points is always the solution according to wyndham)

Thanks, I was kind of thinking the same thing, but just thought I'd ask.

AFAIK each PIC is a distinct contract on your account - and each PIC contract is tied to a specific PIC property - which should actually be listed in the PIC contract. Therefore each PIC contract is only valid for the stated non-Wyndham timeshare listed in the contract verbiage. You would most likely have to void one PIC contract and add one net new PIC contract along with a qualified developer purchase to make this happen. I'd probably validate this with Owner Care just to be sure.

Thank you, sounds Wyndham-logical, but I will call.
