We are being offered 200,000 Club Wyndham Select points for $34 thousand to become enrolled in Panorama. Is it worth the money to get access to Panorama which includes RCI, 7 across, Registry collection and a few other exchange companies?

Don't do it; keep your money and put it in a high-yielding account and use that for your yearly vacation.

Definitely not worth it. You can get any Wyndham account resale to get access to RCI. 7 across membership is free (at least it used to be when it was DAE before being acquired by RCI). In any event, it is not worth using since it was acquired and renamed by RCI. I certainly wouldn't spend that type of money only to have access to exchanges, which are not guaranteed, and almost certainly difficult to get if you are looking at prime times and/or prime locations.

Yea, you could get 405,000 resale wyndham points for sub $2,000 and that includes RCI access.
