In early may my wife, children, and grand childresn will be staying at the wp. we will have two two bedroom units. My children have planned a disney character breakfast at the Disney beach resort.

Is it difficult to get to this resort from wp? Is the beach resort within walking distance of magic kingdom or will we need to drive and park again.

I understand the wp is very close to disney. If we park in the morning by the mk and want to come back in the afternoon to use the resort will we have to pay for parking twice? Thanks.

Thanks.

Not sure about where WP is in relation to Disney, but once you pay the parking fee it is ok to leave and come back. Just make sure you keep your parking ticket.

I'm assuming you are talking about the Beach Club Resort, not the Caribbean Beach Resort. I'm also assuming you are going to the character breakfast first, then onto the Magic Kingdom.

The fastest and easiest way to do this is drive to the Beach Club for breakfast and park. Tell the guard you are visiting for breakfast, and parking will be free.
Then drive to the Magic Kingdom parking lot, where the cost will be $9. Your parking stub will be good for the rest of the day, at all Disney parks.

It is very easy to get to Disney from Wyndham Palms. Me and my two daughters stayed there last April. My husband wasn't able to go with us, so we flew in and I had to drive back and forth myself. We were very close and a very easy drive.

no it is pretty easy.

turn left out of your resort - then turn left after the westgate sign.

go to stop turn right - (entry way) then straight through the light (sherbert rd) - this road will quit at AKL - just turn right.

I won't turn left at the theme parks/resorts sign - just stay on this road - turn left at the next light - (Pop Century) - (WWoS on right) - then go past Pop Century - at the next street light (not turning into a resort) turn left - go past the gas station - turn right at the traffic right - you are in front of BWV - BC/BCV is the next hotel (you will go under a little overpass)....

if you are eating here the security guard will let you in - be sure to have your reservation adr number.

I love this breakfast!!!! the meal is pretty good - the buffett is small so they change the food often. If something is not there the first time given them a few minutes and go back!!!

Look at that pool while you are there....

on forgot - if you miss that first turn - don't worry....

go to the traffic light turn left then at the next light right.....

or turn right - and go to WDW main entance....lots of sign can't miss it!!!

Disney use to have individual resort instructions - but they more resorts built the more people got confused....

so now they just have a sign or two....

do toward the DD - but be prepared to turn left quickly....once you are on this road - the BWV is the next left turn......(bc is further along this road)

We used the Sherbeth Rd route when going to the AK, but when going to the other parks we just turned right on 192 and followed the signs. Just minutes to any of the parks.

We also used Sherbeth Rd after the parks closed if the traffic was likely to be heavy on 192.
