Wyndham Pahio gift card after purchase?

I'm trying to buy a Wyndham Pahio fixed week and all of the e-bay adds seem to sell for $1 and offer free closing. Plus they usually offer a gift card after closing equal to 25% to 50% of the first year maintenance fee. Is this legit? Perhaps just a way to set the market? Or is there something fishy going on?

Thanks.

It's just a creative way to make their Ad more appealing.

I own several weeks at Kauai Beach Villas - what resort are you looking at?

Aloha,
Just a thought. Many ebay advertisers are not completely aware of all the details associated with the unit they are trying to sell. Most units are not fixed weeks. Some are. You should expect to confirm on your own (i.e. do not rely on seller) that fixed week the seller claims to have is actually a fixed rather than floating week.

Denise,

Kauai Beach Villas 2 bedroom would work. Do you have any of those for sale?

Jacknsara - thank you for taking the time to reply.

No - I'm just letting you know that I own there, and asking what you are buying.

There are some Lagoon view and ocean front in the TUG market place.
