Hi All,
Trying to find info about 3 bedroom units in Tower 3 at Wyndham Ocean Boulevard. Anyone have a building map/layout? Are all 3 bedrooms in this tower oceanfront? I tried scouring through older posts, but couldn't find anything concrete. Looking to book for 2021. Thank you!

All I can tell you is if you want to know the exact room layout is in Tower 3 is to call the resort directly.

I know if you try to book rooms, the room description will say ocean front or ocean view. It should also say which tower it is in. You might want to consider calling Wyndham when you decide to book.

I have stayed in a 3 BR in Tower 1. AFAIK, there are 3 BR in all 4 towers at Ocean Blvd.

Oceanfront are the end units with direct views of the ocean. Literally, in these unit you can see the ocean from inside the units. Ocean view are all the units with a side view from the balcony of the ocean. You likely could only see the ocean from these units if you were close up to the sliding doors to the balcony.

A couple years ago for a family reunion we stayed in 3 Bedroom units in Tower 2. We had all 4 corners of one floor (back in the VIP can reserve specific rooms days). I think they were all considered Ocean View. Obviously the 2 on the ocean side of the tower had better ocean views, but the way Ocean Boulevard is laid out (confirming Sandy VDH's comments) if you get close to the windows on the rooms on the back side, you can see the ocean).
