Wyndham new Share Cost program?

Has anyone gone to a owner update and been offered a share cost timeshare? You put all your points/properties together for a lower maintenance fee?

Sounds like CWA.

All points are moved into a POOL and your charges are averaged out. Problem is that the dogs have been being put in the pool and those pool of points have been slowly climbing.

Isn’t a timeshare by definition sharing the costs? Otherwise it would be all yours, all the time.

That is called Club Wyndham Access. Pools resorts to average the maintenance fees. Good and bad,

Original post was December 2019, so I’m not really all that sure it’s “new”. In any case, OP hasn’t been on TUG since the day after they started this thread so I also don’t think they’ll get much out of the replies. But I like posting on “deleted” threads, too....
