After almost 10 years of ownership, my wife and I are looking to part with our Hawaiian timeshare (Wyndham Kona Hawaiian Village Resort). We've visited this location a few times and absolutely love it. We just bought a new house, and need to reduce costs & won't be able to travel as much as we used to, that's the only reason we're looking to sell.

It's a beautiful resort on the waterfront, less than a mile away from downtown Kona. Being on the west side of the island, the water is calm and the weather is excellent. The grounds of the resort are meticulously kept and the lodging has plenty of space; 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a nice kitchen. The patio overlooks the ocean and the view is to die for.

We have a floating week, available every other (odd) year. The floating week allows you to choose the week you want, which is a great bonus. It's part of the Wyndham network of resorts (purchased by Wyndham a few years back), and you have the option to trade it for other resorts in the RCI or TPI networks. Because of the location and resort, this timeshare gets extra exchange points and priority when exchanging (considered a Red/High ranked property). It's deeded property and all of the bills are paid up to date. Annual maintenance fees are approximately $500.

Please Note: Buyer to pay all deed transfer fees and associated costs.

Reducing asking price to $100

Reducing the asking price to $100. Buyer still required to cover all deed and transfer fees.

Thanks!

Good afternoon,

Estimates for transferring a deed (including associated filings) are between $300 & $500 (http://www.timesharetransfer.com/timesharetransfer/services.aspx). I believe there's an ownership transfer fee from Wyndham as well; I haven't received a direct quote from them, but in searching blogs, I believe it's around $200. So, total cost of ownership should be under $900. We paid $12,000 for this a decade ago when we purchased. Hope that helps!

Thanks
