Wyndham in Williamsburg Va

Hi, we are relatively new HGVC owners with little RCI experience. We are looking to use our HGVC points to book a Wyndham two bedroom in Williamsburg, Va sometime late September 2016. I have noticed that two of the Wyndham resorts have availability shown through the better part of 2016. However, Governor's Green (our first choice) only shows availability through July 2015. The calendar won't even go past July 2015.
When does Wyndham Governor's Green usually release available units for the fall? Do they usually lag behind the other properties in the area? Is this a sign that I don't stand a chance of hitting the Governor's Green week that we want?
Any insight will be appreciated!

That means its probably points inventory, there is a limit on HGVC reservations for RCI points that is not imposed on weeks inventory. You should be able to book September 16 in January 16.

Both Kingsgate and Patriot's place were sold as weeks prior to the points system. There are still a fair number or weeks owners at both resorts. Governer's Green was sold as UDI points. Wyndham doesn't bulk deposit most of its inventory this early.
