Hello all,

I attended a session in Las Vegas on the 22nd and signed a contract with them and on the 23rd I sent them this letter via USPS express mail.

Now, I've read ALOT of everyone's so here are my concerns:

1) Did i send it to the right address?
2) What is the email I can send them a copy to? I took a picture of EVERYTHING
3) I will also be faxing them today with a copy of my letter + a picture of my postage dated on the 23rd to them

Here was my letter:
December 23, 2015

Wyndham Vacation Resorts, Inc.
Attention: Account Servicing Operations - Rescission Department
P. O. Box 94443
Las Vegas, Nevada
89193

To whom it may concern,

We are writing this letter to serve as written notice on December 23, 2015 that we, XXX and XXX (contract number XXX and member number XXX) will be terminating our contract with Wyndham Vacation Resorts, Inc. pursuant to section 8 of the Membership Agreement dated December 22, 2015.

Sincerely,

In the paperwork they gave you should be rescinding instructions, with the means and location to send your rescission letter. Follow those instructions to the letter. (Look inside the back cover of the book, sometimes they hide it where you wouldn't think to look for it.)

Good luck!
Dave

Good Decision to cancel. You can buy on resale market for pennies on the dollar. Same benefits as if you bought from Wyndham but for much less.

:banana:Look at the TUG Timeshares for sale and see pricing. Most Wyndham properties can be bought at $1500 or less.
