Wyndham Glacier Canyon vs Great Smokies Lodge

Hi all -

We have considered trying out the Great Smokies Lodge and we understand it is much smaller than Glacier Canyon. Has anyone here done both?

I'm trying to gather insight on if it's worth the trip. We have three teens and one 7 year old that loves thrill rides.

In terms of the water parks and other on site activities, Glacier Canyon has more to offer. In terms of off site activities excluding water parks, Great Smokie Mountain lodge is better in my opinion.
