There was a system glitch that occurred on January 10, which allowed numerous presidential units to be overbooked at Wyndham Glacier Canyon through online reservations as well as automatic upgrades. If you have a reservation at Glacier Canyon, I'd recommend that you check to see when it was confirmed or upgraded. If the reservation was booked or upgraded on January 10, 2020- please contact Owner Care.

Some requests were emailed to Club Owners asking for voluntary cancelations, however the response was not sufficient. At this point- two of the front desk staff are being tasked with calling Club Owners a few days before arrival to either move them to other accommodations such as Tamarack, or notify them of cancelation.

Thanks for posting this. I saw that someone posted it on one of the Facebook groups a couple of weeks ago. I'm sure there are going to be some really upset people but maybe fewer after seeing your post.

Stand your ground. Make Wyndham open up their check book.
