Is there anyone in this group who owns Fixed Weeks at Wyndham Flagstaff? Would you mind sharing some information.

1. What Unit type do you own? (1BR, 1BR Deluxe, 2BR Lockoff, 2BR Deluxe, or 2BR Loft)

2. In which season do you own? (PRIME, HIGH, VALUE or QUIET)

3. Your annual HOA Dues, excluding the Program Fee if you have converted them to points.

4. Any other info like LOT # and street address of the unit.

5. Any other useful info like county website link where TS ownership is recorded.

Thanks. The MF sticky thread doesn’t have concrete instances fixed weeks for Quiet season. Looking for info on that.

My unit is prime season fixed two bedroom converted so it gets 154k
The lock off gets more points

There are two sections with different MF . My unit is in Tanglewood section

fixed weeks for Quiet season.

At most fixed-week resorts, MF is the same within a single HOA independent of season. That’s why the same resort can often have very good or very bad $/K ratios. Is Flagstaff different?

We own 2BR deluxe, on 3 levels.
Week 31 Red season.
Maintenance fees $809 for Tanglewood HOA in 2020.
Unit 11, may not correspond to the room #.
Gets 27 TPU with RCI.
Flagstaff is the county seat for Coconino County.
