Anybody out there have the name , phone number and/or e-mail contact for the head of Wyndham Financial Services. I’ve had enough of the people at the 1-800 number. Thank you.

They were totally useless. They can’t help with a weeks ownership issue.

I've had a stupid problem with my maintenance fees for the last few months. I had a contract transfer to me a day or two before my MF were due and I made 2 payments in one month, so it changed my due date to a month ahead. It said "Due Nov 1st" and had a balance of 2 months worth of maintenance fees, but slapped a late fee Oct 1st because October wasn't paid, even when it said it was all due in Nov.

So then I paid 2 months worth of MF in the middle of October and it slapped on another late fee right after I paid and I didnt see it, so I got hit with even another late fee in November. Then I tried to enroll in autopay and the autopay only covered the maintenance fees and not the late fee, so I got yet another late fee after I used autopay. Finally I said F it and overpaid by $300 manually so there's no way they can even argue a late fee.

When I called the 1800 number and explained with screenshots that I paid what they said was due by the time it said it was do, I was still in the wrong. I think it was about $150 worth of late fees for no reason. At least I got it back doing an owner update.
