Wyndham does not provide Estoppel Letters to third parties

Trying to open escrow on a Wyndham property and was just informed by closing company that Wyndham does not provide Estoppel letters to anyone but the owner.

Has anyone worked through this with Wyndham recently? If so do you have any advice or suggestions to offer?

Yes, the owner will have to request it, and then provide the copy.

nothing new here..you or the closing company asks for it and the owner (seller) provides it

At least they will give them to owners, unlike Starwood.
