Wyndham Destinations Q2 Earnings Call PowerPoint

Interesting slides about COVID travel trends
I also found it interesting the breakdown of "2019 VOI sales" and how Wyndham Destinations is trying to compete with online travel options with "Panorama"
Wow. WYN has definitely taken a substantial hit to cash flows and bottom line. Net VOI sales for Q2 are negative for this year. And the 6 month reconciled statements show a hit of almost $500 million from the same period last year.

They are remaining positive and say that the company is positioned for fast-tracking back to "normal." The question remains: how long will COVID keep people from traveling like they were and of those owners who arent traveling, how many might walk away from their ownership due to this?

I do agree that resorts provide more opportunities to social distance with larger units with kitchens, etc. However, when pools and other amenities are closed (that owners are paying for) that dampens the overall experience.

It will be interesting to see how Q3 plays out and what WYN says during that call about future outlooks.
