My parents, a friend and I are checking in on Thursday but wanted to try to put in a room request early - my mother cannot tolerate mold at all, so we wanted to increase our chances of getting a renovated unit. If anyone knows how to fax or e-mail such a request directly to the resort I would be grateful! I searched their site and also did a Google search but came up with nothing. If we have to we'll call (it's overseas charges and not toll free so I usually avoid it). I do realize there are no guarantees - just trying to better our odds.

Believe it or not, a call to the front desk is the most effective method I have found with Wyndham resorts. Be sure to mention to the front desk the reason for the request.
