My laptop will not pull up the MF chart right now. Does anyone know how much the MF's are per thousand? How about property taxes?

Thanks

Debbie

$3.84/K + the FSP fee - don't know about the property taxes.

If looking for low MF it is not one of the lowest.

Thank you for answering my questions. I noticed did on another thread also. I appreciate it.

Even when looking at the chart, I'm not sure which ones have the lowest MF's. Some are still in development etc. which can make it a bit confusing. Do you know off hand what some of the lower ones are? Do you think they're too low where it cause problems in the near future?

Thank you.

For the MF fee question, if not already a member it is best to join http://forums.WyndhamOwners.org

There there is the MF calculator, play around with that and most questions are answered. If not there is the historical file of MF charges.

My opinion only, the extreme lowest are often still in developer sales and are suspect because of that. Past history has shown that there can be large increases, the NJ place is an example.

Now a word, you have far too many Wyndham points in your profile to be contemplating another purchase given the question.

Thanks for the advice. I am a member of the Wyndham forum but my laptop will not pull up the MF chart right now. Your point is well taken though. Thanks again.
