Even when looking at the chart, I'm not sure which ones have the lowest MF's. Some are still in development etc. which can make it a bit confusing. Do you know off hand what some of the lower ones are? Do you think they're too low where it cause problems in the near future?
There there is the MF calculator, play around with that and most questions are answered. If not there is the historical file of MF charges.
My opinion only, the extreme lowest are often still in developer sales and are suspect because of that. Past history has shown that there can be large increases, the NJ place is an example.
Now a word, you have far too many Wyndham points in your profile to be contemplating another purchase given the question.
