this is a great deal for someone...i live here in CB and can assure you this level hotel rooms are going easily for $400 plus per night...several over $600 per night

Hope somebody can enjoy this beachside stay.
Our original guest ended up having family matters to attend to and won't be able to make it anymore, so the nightly rate is significantly lower than what it should be for this unit.
