I received a Welcome/Thank you letter from Wyndham Cypress Palms in mail today. They also enclosed a form to be filled out but not signed to be presented at check in. First time I have ever got a pre check in letter from an exchange. The form asks for the name/address of primary person whose name is on the confirmation and name/addresses of persons staying in the condo as well as vehicle information. They also asked if we had any special needs guests with us that they could help accomodate. I thought it was pretty nice of them to do it ahead of time. But, I'm sure they also want names and addresses to contact any guests with us for TS sales.:D Sorry, they only get me and DH.:whoopie:

Hi
never saw they wanted teh addresses of our guests...this is just the same thing you fill out when you register, so it saves time, we like it

Yep Wyndham's been doing them for a while now for their exchanges and Wyndham points stays. I too like it since it saves time at check-in.

I like having it done before I get there. Hopefully it speeds up check in.

I hope so, but...

I like having it done before I get there. Hopefully it speeds up check in.

It ultimately won't save much time if, despite this pre-registration exercise, you still end up having to be subjected to a pushy "concierge" at another desk in order to get a "parking pass" (i.e., get personally pitched to sign up for an "owner's update").

They don't and won't care that you are perhaps not actually a Wyndham owner to begin with if it's an "exchange", since the real goal is to just somehow get you into a sales room, not to "update" anyone...

No worries there. I am very good about saying NO THANKS and making sure they understand that when I say No I mean NO.
