I have more points then I can use in a year so these have to go. This timeshare is located at Bentley Brook in western Massachusetts at a ski resort. You can literally walk out your door and be at the ski lift. just looking for $299 to cover transfer fee. These are annual points. Maintenance fee for 2012 are $840.
