One bedroom, one bath, partial kitchen (no oven). Located in the beautiful, sedate Garden District. The St. Charles Avenue street car stops out front.

Avenue Plaza, like most every place, is closed. Wyndham is doing a phased re-opening and is currently accepting new reservations at Avenue Plaza starting June 15, which is a good sign. But, if the situation in New Orleans deteriorates, the resort could stay closed.

To accommodate the uncertainty, I won't ask Wyndham for a guest confirmation until about three weeks before check-in. And, I won't ask for payment until I have provided a guest confirmation. If it turns out that the resort stays closed, I will refund 100% of your payment. I'll eat the PayPal commission.

I should have known. This is the first time in years I've been able to get a reservation for 4th of July Weekend. Now I know why!
