Yes there are differences on rooms. That's the short answer. Someone like Ron will have to fill you in on the details

Each club has its own dedicated inventory, even at shared resorts. The streams are only crossed when Club Pass is used to access a room in the other system.

Avenue Plaza

There are 63 Worldmark rooms, out of a total of 264.

All rooms at Avenue Plaza are furnished the same. All were renovated at the same time.

A couple of years ago the assistant manager told me that the only difference was that the Worldmark guests get spice packets and check out is noon

Some years ago as part of the Wixon Settlement about 400 units from 11 Worldmark resorts were removed from Worldmark and put into club Wyndham Access. These units were brought upto club Wyndham standards before they were opened to club Wyndham owners. I was at Indio and Angels Camp right after these units weee brought in to cwa The things I noticed was the curtains in the Wyndham units.and tvs were in the Wyndham bedrooms

My understanding is that resort by resort all the Worldmark resorts are being brought up to the same standards. Tvs in the bedrooms , curtains and now Worldmark guests even get shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash and lotion

Thanks. I have not ventured to the WorldMark side and I can understand building by building differences but wanted to understand room by room.
Many thanks.
